Terrible customer service, they don't even deserve a single star rating. Dropped my fiance's car off to fix the ac while on vacation, gave them over a week to fix it. I had to initiate any communication while I was gone and even then they acted like I was annoying them by calling to see when I could pick it up. Long story short, they didn't fix it and still charged us and talked to my fiancé on the phone very disrespectfully on three different occasions(even by the owner). We just wanted the situation to be made right. The only way we got our money back was to submit a claim to the credit card company that we used to pay for the service(or rather the diservice). I'm going out of my way to make sure people like this don't screw customers over, I wish we had seen a review before we went here.
