Very disappointed with lensesrx.com. I had ordered glasses from them previously but this experience was terrible. Ordered on the 14th. Now it is the 26th. Argued with customer service about what their website states. Which is literally in black and white. Lots of misleading and redirecting by customer service. Seriously, how long does a pair of glasses with a simple prescription take to make? This business is a joke.
