Review content:
First bad experience ever with State Farm was with David Masters. Unprofessional, does not communicate. I had a simple question I emailed and had to repeatedly follow up to get any responses. I finally called in to talk and the desk guy did not care and I never did get a call or email back. Very surprised at lack of professionalism and arrogance. There are several other local neighborhood State Farm agents in Pittsburgh, My advice would be to seek them out rather than Mr. Masters. If you ever need to communicate with him, you will likely be disappointed.
