BUYER BEWARE I am a former returning customer of 3 years and have been returning here to get the tires replaced on all 3 of my family's cars. Each past visit had been smooth and quick and I was extremely satisfied with the service....And then came my latest tire change there. I have a 2008 Honda Civic Limited Edition. It has everything as good as it gets for civics of that year..especially the rims. So, I come and order the best tires they have for my model and year vehicle, and am told that their firestones were the best for my model. I purchase these tires and have them installed. The next day I wake up to go to work and low air pressure signal is on. OK, no biggie, this happens; I'll head over there after work and they will take care of it I told myself. FOUR subsequent visits later that same week due to the SAME tire failing to perform they STILL REFUSE TO REPLACE IT!!! No, it is all my fault. Maybe I hit a pothole? "We will reset your sensor".
