Moving is among the most stressful things I've ever done, but the people at All State Van Lines Relocation, Inc. helped make it a success. Initially I went online to get an idea of what it would cost to move from Erie, PA to Ashburn, VA. Dates needed to line up with our closing in Virginia and our household sale in Pennsylvania. Receiving countless responses to my internet inquiry, I found that Erika from All State was the most helpful - it was just like talking to a friend. She answered all my questions so professionally and educated me about what to expect. I called several local moving companies for estimates as well. They did on-site inventory evaluations which matched what Erika was able to do over the phone. But Erika was able to target the pickup and delivery dates we needed which the other companies could not do.
After esigning the contract and paying the deposit, we had account coordinators working for us to make sure everything would fall into place. As we were heading back to Erie after our closing, Glass City Movers called to say they would be coming between 3 and 6 the next day. I had never heard of them but they were professional and got everything placed in our condo without incident. It is such a relief to have the move completed and I feel grateful to All State for making that happen.
