Review content:
There is a tendency to be skeptical about so many positive reviews but I can assure you that based on my experience, there is no reason to worry! Steven demonstrates the kind of personal qualities that insure you will get a quality job. A call from Steven 30 minutes prior to the appointed time of arrival. Upon arrival we reviewed the stated reason for the call and if he had done what I had asked he would have made a lot more money. Instead he explained what was actually needed including the work needed, the parts needed and the cost. He explained what he was doing and why as I watched him work. Years of experience shows in the efficient way he does his job. The job was completed in a timely manner. Both doors work better than when new in 1991. A rare instance where I know I got a great value for what I paid.
