Unfortunately I prefaced my call with "I am not purchasing a car from you all but..." So I am left thinking, since they couldn't make any money from my phone call, I was told sorry, NO. And was hung up on that quick. I simply needed some information whether a Chrysler Crossfire was 6-speed or 5-speed, after being transferred 3 times and having to repeat myself 4 times (because the lady gave answers completely unrelated to my question) to one of the sales members... I was transferred again. The last gentlemen told me they could only tell me if it was automatic or manual. Thanks, I already knew that.... Sad knowing I could have called Publix or Chuckie Cheese and got the same exact amount of info.
