DO NOT use this company. Potential customers beware! I REPEAT do not use this company. My wife and I hired them to refinish our hardwood floors. What a huge mistake! We definitely had an overly unpleasant experience and we were scammed. Not only did they steal our money (we paid in full upfront), they completed very little to no work (minor sanding if you call it that), shoddy workmanship, numerous excuses and did not come back to complete the job.
I hope that everyone reads this review before ever thinking of hiring Billy’s and Cheri’s Flooring. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns. I will gladly fill you in on further details, but wanted to keep things simple in this review. We are filing criminal charges and plans to write a lengthy article for local news media around the Louisville area. Also called the owners of Bowtie Carwash, which is a bogus review on Google+. The owner confirmed never working with this company or having any floor refinishing completed in several years at either of their 2 locations.
One last note, do yourself a favor and look-up Tevault Flooring. There is a reason Tevault Flooring went out of business and changed their name to Billy’s and Cheri’s Flooring. The saying goes, “once a crook, always a crook.” They give a bad reputation to home contractors and hope no one else becomes a victim to this unethical company.
