They never represented themselves as brokers, until after the contracts were signed.
Their initial estimate was over a $1,000 lower than what I had to pay.
The delivery was supposed to be no later than a Sat, instead it arrived on Sat. For which, I had to arrange for a third party to receive the delivery, and the late date, interfered with the third party's schedule. The trucker left two pieces on the truck, which wouldn't be delivered till 3 days later. Again, I had to arrange for the person to meet the trucker at my house to accept the delivery, again paying someone for their time. AllState refused to reimburse me, instead told me that I would have to seek indemnification for this from the trucking company they arranged, for which of course I didn't have a contract with since my contract was with AllState. Unethical behavior!
