I have no hesitation recommending Steven for garage door work. I also found him through online reviews, and he was just as described: super-friendly, punctual, intelligent, reasonable, and thorough. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain to me how things worked, what I could do to maintain my garage doors better, and the several repair options available for me to choose from.
I have had him work on my garage door opener twice over the past 16 months, and each time, he explained a less-expensive repair option that would not require me to replace the whole machine. He didn't try to pressure me into spending more, or replacing more than was necessary. But he did lay out the information and allow me to make an informed decision. On the 2nd visit, I did decide to replace the opener, since it was an old machine. It works perfectly and I have total confidence that he would take care of any problems if they should arise. I wish that I knew more people who needed garage door repairs, so that I could give my hearty recommendation more often: Steven! Steven! Steven!
