Review content:
I always dread relationships with landlords as I'm sure most do. However my experience with Anchor Realty in San Francisco has been nothing but pleasant. Not only are the staff friendly and always there to answer the phone, they fix all problems, big or small, extremely efficiently. I can call them with problems about anything from a broken washing machine to needing a new key and they usually fix it within a day. I will certainly try to go through them the next time I need to rent an apartment!
PROS: Efficient and pleasant.
