Got an estimate of 14 business days and was told by manager he would keep me updated if anything changed. I called after a week and a half to get an updated and was told that my car was sitting in the garage not being worked on for over a week!!!! They hadn't heard back from insurance co on a second estimate so I guess they just let it sit there until I asked why they hadn't called to see why it was taking so long. I'm a usaa member and next time I'll go to one of their recommendations. Beach ford collision is just ridiculous
