I like the sincere customer service that they offer, calling to check on my sick pets and giving reminders of vaccinations that will be due. I like that they do thorough exams/testing and show respect to you and your pet. They are truly caring. Unfortunately, that isn't the case with all vets. The doctors here give you time to think about any questions that you'd like to ask then explain in lam-ens terms what is going on. It's hard to think of questions when your shocked by the diagnosis and they give you some time and don't make you feel rushed or like they have more important things to do. They also present you the results of their findings (blood work, fecal test, etc.) on paper for your own records. The new clinic is kept clean, organized, odor free and they offer tours throughout the building if you would like to see it. They offer a large variety of services and you can also set up a pet portal online to email the doctor, check on medications as well as ordering refills and much
