It's a nightmare to reside on property managed by Dunlap and Magee! They mercilessly harass tenants by having gangs of people make noise, threaten, name call, ad nauseam outside of their apartments, in part on behalf of the Phoenix Fire Department, because the Phoenix Fire Department and Dunlap and Magee go after witnesses to their criminal activities, and all the while Dunlap and Magee tells everyone to stay out of it because harassing tenants to death helps them "catch" tenants committing crimes fabricated by the Phoenix Fire Department and Dunlap and Magee. Yeah, you read right. Be afraid. Be very afraid...
