Review content:
Better watch out what files you want to have printed at this particular Fedex Office store. I brought in 4 powerpoint files for 2 double-sided business cards and wanted to have a combined 500 cards printed. The charges for that would have been 50 double-sided prints on cardstock, 4 set-ups (for 2 double-sided biz cards), and 9 cuts. Accidentally I had forgotten to remove 1 alignment line in one of the 4 files, which would have been easy to remove. Since this was a powerpoint file all the clerk had to do is click on the line and then click ""delete"". He told me that he would have to charge me $5.00 for that 1 click, because this is considered an ""altering of the file"". Of course I could have gone to one of Fedex's computer's and removed the line myself (which the employee did not make me aware off, but having done enough business at Fedex Office I had the knowledge). However, I did NOT ""alter the file"" myself and have the cards printed at this Fedex location, because this is exactly the kind of corporate greed, which I do not support. I'd rather find myself a small local printing shop. Greed drives customers away. I have used Fedex Office since 2003, but no more.
