Disappointed!\r
Went in for an alignment on my truck. I was told that I needed a ball joint before I do the alignment, so I didn t get it done. \r
The reason I m disappointed is that every time you get an alignment done a good technician will check the front end parts (which they did, no complaint on their techs work) which is very easy to do. \r
The shop also says they do a courtesy 25 point inspection on every vehicle (which once again the tech did). \r
The problem I have had here at this shop is that I got charged $50 for them to tell me about some oil leaks (which in my opinion would fit under the courtesy check) and they told me about the ball joint being loose, which would be caught on the pre-alignment inspection. \r
Now I m not saying they shouldn t charge me, but $50 to tell me about their courtesy check and my ball joint being loose is ridiculous!!\r
I do not recommend this shop to anyone, because I have worked for shops that do not charge this obscene price to tell you about oil leaks and loose ball joints!!!! \r
I got ripped!
