The price was the highest bid we received and we accepted expecting high quality service.\r
The crew was great but upon delivery of household goods from storage, several small things were missing and some damage to one lamp. But worse, a family heirloom tapestry was gone. Upon reporting this, the customer service was terrible - no apology, except in a form letter. Their attitude and process for resolving the issue is so terrible, I'm not even submitting a claim. If you use them, move anything important or irreplaceable yourself!
