I've been a repeat customer in the past due to convenience of location. They have sent coupons in mail such as $1.00 off shirts/blouses. Tried to use coupon and the employee stated no way to honor as must be submitted with clothing prior to payment. Asked for one time override as no one asked for coupon during drop off, and employee responded with immaturity and attitude. He turned his back and was making faces at another employee. Not too impressed! I will pay the $1.00 but would appreciate the company honoring the coupon if they are going to send it to me.
