I like how I've been taking the same three medicines for years. I refill every two weeks and I get one every two weeks and the other two alternate. When I sent my hubby for my meds, the guy argued and told him I only got one. He failed go fill my antidepressant. Then when I called Rite-Aid to tell them that they forgot to fill the one. He says,""Would you like a courtesy refill?"" Why ,after years, would my hubby have to ask for my refill when he's THERE for two prescriptions. The guy argued that there was only one there? But when I call he sees it then? I was DUE for two and Ryan SPECIFIED that there were two. Anyways, he says ,""would you like it today?"" Uhhm, YEAH!!! BUT THEN TELLS ME I HAVE 15 MINUTES YO COME GET IT, but we got it ready!!!! We rushed back to get it. But the girl at the counter says they just left. So now I'm the one paying for them not doing what is listed in a pharmacist's job description. Good thing it's antidepressants. Makes me wonder if there's old ppl out there going without blood pressure medicine bc ""they weren't due for it"" when it was in the computer plain as day.... do your job!!!! Losing my business, and contacting BBB\r
Thanks for making me go without my meds! Great job Rite-Aid!!!!
