Todd and Geoff are pathetic scam artists that I feel sorry for because they are so bad at what they do. They are a reminder to all real men out there that accountability and honesty are important attributes in this world, of which they have not a sliver!
I bought an RV from them last year and thought I would use them again for some repairs. They kept it for SEVEN WEEKS before telling me they weren't able to complete the repairs and fixed none of the things on the list, including a simple stereo install, and a 5 inch windshield crack that is now so big that the whole windshield will need replacing. When I picked it up yesterday someone had removed the furnace but failed to replace it or the covers both inside and out, leaving a nice hole on both sides of the unit. Hey Todd, is that what you meant when you texted me "I'll have it ready for you."??
The state needs to shut these losers down before more people get taken. Their BBB F rating isn't low enough.
