I would like everyone who goes there to be aware of the situation i am dealing with so it doesn't happen to them. A ""Friend"" of mine decided to use my carecredit there and they never asked to see a card or anything they just charged my account for a surgery on her dog i had no idea about. Then when i call them to get information about when it was and all the stuff i need to take it to court they tell me they can't give me information its in someone elses name. HAHA but you can use a credit card that was never shown to you and you guys never spoke to me about it at all. I am looking into what can be done about it on there part and the so called ""friend"" that used it is currently awaiting some criminal charges. I swear they need to be more professional about the use of credit cards there.
