I used to really like this store but during the past year the service has degraded miserably. Fro examply I went in May/June 09 to get a net book I saw advertised as on sale. They were out of the model and I got told a reshipment was due within a day or so. I returned in that time only to be told it would be another day or so. After another repeat of same I questioned more thoroughly only to find that the model had been discontinued and would not be replaced.
A similar incident occurred when I got an external HD. I went to purchase one that was listed as on sale and was told there is no such sale. I produced the paper with the the ad (their weekly) and the manager went to the back room and got the HD. The sale HD were not out where they could be seen. It was as if it were a "secret" or something.
Employees are very nice there they just seem ignorant of their products. Store is well stocked for office items and very clean and orderly.
