This store is really efficient. The sales people are very knowlegeable and can actually offer real help in locating things like the right toner for your printer. After a frustrating, fruitless time spent at Office Depot, I went to Staples, and although at first they sold me the wrong toner carteidge for my older printer, I was able to return it the next day and they promised to have the proper toner delivered to my house the following day, which it was. Although Staples is pricy, the sales people at this location, are quick to remedy any mistakes they make, and are resonably knowledgeable, two things which I really appriciate.
