In March 2012, the plumber gave me an estimate for a house filtration system for $2,400 with about $1,600 for the system and $800 for labor. Being new to the filtration system, I requested for an orginial receipt for the filtration system after the plumber purchased it. \r

At the end, I was charged on my credit card for over $2,800 and did not provide me the original receipt for the parts and the filtration system. \r
I searched online the filtration model they installed only costs about $500. \r
\r
It has been almost 4 months by now, I ended up agreeing the resolution of the dispute by paying $2,400. However, the remaining $400 is still not credit back by now.. What a nightmare and frustration!! \r

I will not do business with this company again. If you want to, please make sure to obtain estimate IN WRITING, else this overcharge may happen again.
