Review content:
We have our home and auto insurance with Allstate. We've always been happy with the level of service we've received in the past, but this recent disaster has changed our mind. The hurricane was 3 months ago, and we have still not received a decision regarding our house. It took them two whole months to even look at the truck that was totalled, and we still haven't seen the money for it.
On the bright side, the office staff of Bob Dean is extremely helpful and they really do all that they can do within their power to help you out. If they say they'll call you back, they do. (Unlike the national headquarters who have promised me 10 different times to call back, but never have)
So the verdict is, they're good for regular insurance events, but God help you if your house is levelled by a hurricane.
