Review content:
Turnpike Motors' staff made every aspect of this otherwise torturous event an extremely pleasant one. Cailyn was the first of bright smiling faces to greet me and get the paperwork started. She also assisted in contacting Enterprise for the rental vehicle I would need.
Dan reviewed the condition of my vehicle with me and explained the methods of repair before anything got started.
During the process, pictures were emailed for my review of the work as it progressed. I was impressed. Dan called me periodically to keep me abreast of their progress as well (as he said he would).
When I picked up my vehicle, I was elated to having it back looking like new. All of the new work was well blended into the existing, just as Dan said they would do. Again I was impressed.
Turnpike Motors has demonstrated extremely high professionalism and worked directly with my insurance company, allowing me to be free of the headaches. I will certainly recommend them, and if needed, use them for any other repairs
