When the coil on my garage door broke, I had no idea whom to call, so I turned to my trusty friend, the internet. this garage door repair company, with its glowing, five-star reviews sounded like a pretty safe bet. After my experience with them, I clearly see what all the fuss was about.
I called this garage door company late Friday evening (after 7), and Douglas not only answered, but agreed to come by Saturday afternoon to take care of the coil. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and an all around nice guy. I think it might have taken him a total of 35 minutes, and that included a full tune up of the door's hinges, rollers, and rails. I have to admit, I was a little embarrassed by the condition the door was in when he arrived after I saw, post-tuneup, how it should have been working all along.
