Review content:
Called this company and spoke to a man named William Tebault, who said he was one of the owners. Told him I needed the tile floors within a senior citizens facility striped, sealed, and buffed. We agreed to a price of $1800 and when asked for insurance he said he had none. He wad told we needed one million dollars liability insurance and his employer Tax ID. Two days later he showed up with $100.000 liability insurance and no employer ID, Irritated with him I just wanted to get the job started. The day he started he demanded he be paid when he finished, Normally this wouldn't be a problem except he was working late at night and employees had to be paid to bring him the check. To make a long story short and for the sake of cursory I will just let you know the important points that seemed strange: The Web Site without question is very good but,,,,, when Mr. Tebault, arrived he was driving a green taxi with all of his equipment. The floors that was done in general didn't look bad. He missed a few areas but needed to come back and buff. He agreed to $1600 and to hold $200. Two days later he called with on excuse after excuse. He seemed troubled about us asking for his tax ID. Another strange thing he was adamant that we make his check out in his name and not his company. He was suppose to finish on June 17, 2014 before 4PM. He never did show and texted my phone that he was not going to show and for what he didn't do was worth $400.00 I agree. This person cheated us out of $200.00. This company or the owner who told me he was just starting does not portray this on the company Web Site. This company should be checked out before you do any business.
