Graduated from Creighton, a tier 4 law school (anyone can get in). Regularly approves purchases for his staff that constitute fraud waste and abuse of public monies - such as a 2k letter folding machine for one employee's office where she folds maybe 5-10 letters a day and does not have a disability that warrants the purchase. Cannot find a file to save his life and his staff regularly has to hunt down files on several floors. Has no clue what the UCC is and cannot manage his staff of three intake shrews who regularly abuse the public in spanish or english and run to gawk at the public when we come into the offices to be helped. His boss Asay is a moron who shys away from controversy and Asay's boss is never in the office so it is literally a free for all. Take your chances with the District Court and send the labor commission the bill for your filing fees since it was just a year ago that they got caught shredding public files of the claimant just before a workmens comp hearing.(see Gephardt on Google)
