I must say that the fact that I didn't feel the least bit uncomfortable during my full-body massage says a lot about my massage therapist--I have serious personal space issues, and on top of that, my massage therapist was a man (a point of potential discomfort for me). He went out of his way to make me psychologically comfortable, and I had the most amazing massage ever.. Omigosh, I felt like I was on drugs afterwards.. Anyway, the only problems I had with the spa was that any time I needed water, I had to track down someone to get it for me, and they seemed a little disorganized. It seemed to take 15-20 minutes for me to pay and get out of there... But I did like the fact that there was absolutely no snootiness, and for being an EXCELLENT spa in the Pearl district, that's quite refreshing.
Pros: good staff, high quality services, beautiful atmosphere
Cons: unorganized, no parking
