Businiess name:  All State Van Lines Relocation, Inc.

Review content:
The move was a disaster from the beginning. We had 2 home theater systems stolen. We were charged for 4000 lbs. more than we actually had. Thank goodness I insisted on a reweigh. The furniture was severely damaged and many items broken. The office personal was extremely rude. Often times hanging up on me or leaving me on hold for extended periods of time. Our belongings changed hands 3 different times .All State Van Lines, whom we contracted to do the move, subcontracted it to Vista Van Lines, who sub contracted it to Delpro. Our belongings were crammed into a semi trailer with 7 other families belongings. It is little wonder why all the damages and thefts. Being taken from West Virginia to Florida and placed in storage, then transferred to another company Delpro. We were not told that any of this would take place. When we contracted with All States we were led to believe that they would be doing the work. They told us that they do over 20,000 moves a year , when in fact they do none! They sub out to other companies and then tell you that they are not responsible for any damage or thefts after the fact. This is clearly false advertising! The only good part of the experience was the delivery men. They worked very hard and were extremely helpful. The dates we were given in the beginning were not correct. After my belongings were on the truck the estimate was increased nearly 5000 dollars. I was then told I would not be able to get them back without paying cash when delivered. I have filed a complaint with the States Attorney General and the BBB. I will have legal action brought against all of the companies involved.
