HORRIBLE! One of the owners, Gary, is the meanest and rudest person I have ever met. After 6 years of being a loyal customer, Gary yelled at me when I showed up for an appointment that was booked by his employee. Apparently he was too busy for me and lost it. He actually said to me, "you're nothing but trouble, you're constantly asking to pick up your dog early." Meanwhile, I have NEVER ever- not even once- asked to pick my dog up early. He put me down, was rude, and screamed at me and my cancer-stricken dog. I left shaking and in tears. I now go to Muddy Puppy in Wallingford and realize how customers and their loved ones should be treated. They are fantastic and groom my baby 100 times better than Village Pet Spa ever did.
