This review is for the property management company, which owns 3 large apartment communities in the area San Jose,Silicon Valley, CA. 1. Springwood Apartments, Los Altos, CA 2. Renaissance Apartments, Sunnyvale, CA 3. The Meadows Apartments Sunnyvale, CA. After thorough reasearch online, and renting a 2rm apartment from this property management company for 12 months, I could conclude that there are many disatisified residents/customers. I am disatisfied with the way the property manager does business wrong, on behalf of the property owners. The property manager has been discourteous to me on several occasions, and each time I overlooked this behavior. The property manager uses innapropriate tone, and uses slang to refer to you, instead of using your proper name. Also, the property manager and staff will lie to you, instead of being truthful about situations pertaining to your lease, etc. The people that work for this propety management firm Yamaoka Associates are undignified and u
