I was a ferry boat ride and hours from home when my vehicle went into limp mode. My insurance company called a tow truck and they took me to Car Care Clinic at 1100 NE Goldie Street in Oak Harbor.The gentlemen there were so kind and helpful. Dave Wright and Charles immediatly started checking my vehicle out and new what the matter was. Dave wrote everything down for me to tell the dealership when I got home and gave me his card to call in case the car started acting up again. I made it across the ferry but had to call Dave again. The first thing he asked", was I safe "then he talked me through getting my car back on the road and he asked me to call to make sure I made it home safe. Mr. Wright treated a scared,single woman with the uttmost professionalism and kindness.Everything he diagnosed and wrote down for me was exactly what my shop took care of here and Mr. Wright told me that it all should be taken care of on the warranty which it was.Mr. Wright was the Angel riding beside me getting me home safe. Thank You for letting me tell you about this wonderful man and his business.
