Review content:
I would rate the cabinets a five star, but because of the follow up of customer service, I need to stay with the lowest star available. We had used LaFata cabinets in 3 different houses. However in the most recent, we have a defective finish on the cabinet. We believe it may be under the top finish, but the person that they recommended to come out never returns his calls. We left at least 6 messages to no avail. Lafata did offer to give us a good price on a replacement, but should not have to pay for something that might be the fault of the manufacturer.
