I started my son in this daycare because the curriculum and the excellent facility but beware of the staff and administration, I have seen them mistreat the kids on more than one occasion, administration is unprofessional and do not address any issues, I was always dropping in to check on my son because things weren't adding up and I felt something is happening with the way he acted some days, I would see things like not providing enough food, leaving children with diapers all morning when I received the daily report it showed that he was changed 3 times while I was their watching he wasn't changed not even once, I also saw children left to cry for more food, which on some days they only provided 2 chicken nuggets and some corn, saltines as a snack yogurt as breakfast, when I even provided my son with more food they didn't give it to him at times or it would be missing when I picked him up but not mentioned as to what happened to it on the report, my son was constantly sick, they never washed there hands before eating and I have seen kids walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands, numerous times that they reported that there was a stomach virus when in fact they served bad food. I have witnessed another child physically harmed and when I addressed it, I was told a couple of days later that I need to take my son and leave the building because he is no longer enrolled and if I didn't they would call the cops. I reported them to the Dept of Health. I should have reported them sooner I regret doubting a mother intuition.
