I have been eating Thrifty's ice cream since I was about 5 years old. My family used to go there, and we all had our favorites. There was mint and chip (the best mint and chip I have ever had, no large chips like the fancier brands, just very finely chopped chips and creamy green mint ice cream), sherbert and my favorite at the time Rocky Road. I still love going to Rite Aid to get ice cream and in comparison to the larger ice cream chains the price is right, yes when I was a kid a scoop was 15 cents but that was 30 years ago. My favorite now....Cotton Candy. a perfect blend of creamy ice cream with the taste of the real thing. I'll take Thrifty's anyday. Pros: Delicious Cons: Some of the flavors are only seasonal
