Review content:
Staff is helpful and very nice to deal with. They exhibit very good customer service skills and are genuine. Gives daily updates on your vehicle. Experience was very good and car looks great. Downside to the experience was they need to do a better job on non-insurance repairs with quoting the estimate up front and accurate. Vehicle should be clean and visible to do this. In my case the estimate went up as some of the damage was masked under salt. In a non-insurance job, the first estimate should be the final estimate since the error in quoting cost me out of pocket and it should not have. Insurance job prices can fluctuate as the Ins. Company will adjust with the estimate. I don’t think this was a fair practice. I am on the fence whether I would return however I would suggest cleaning the affected area first.
