With a name like Fat Tony's, you'd think this restaurant would know how to cook pizza...quite the contrary. Their pizza is gummy and undercooked...and please..do not add toppings--especially veggies. It was absolutely the worst pizza I had ever eaten. What is worse is they have the nerve to charge $17 for a pie. I'll gladly pay that for Slice of Life pizza,but they actually know how to make pizza. We complained to our server and so he spoke to the Manager. The Manager would not even come to our table, which I found very peculiar. I have been a server in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and the Manager ALWAYS visits the table following a complaint. As disappointed as I was with the food, I was more upset with the way we were treated. By the way, this happened at the Racine Dr location. I wil NEVER eat there again, nor would I recommend to anyone. P.S. We also sent an email to Fat Tony's last Friday and well...still awaiting a reply. I guess I'll continue to hold my breath.
