But they were to busy and suggest us to try other location. So, we took my dog to Banfield, Plymouth, MN on 4/18/14 for an appointment at 4:45 p.m. We arrived on time. We were waiting at the registerator to check-in for about 10 minute. That was not a problem, we understood they were busy.
