I will give this store credit for its selection, product knowledge and price. The installer was also great and did a nice job. But beware, you get what you pay for. Overall this was a horrible shopping experience. The sales staff will not follow up on anything they promise to do. The installation will take longer than they promise and they don't care and won't do anything about it. This store over ordered product which they stuck us with and won't admit they are wrong or compensate the customer for any of their mistakes. The owner of the store even got into a loud, verbal argument with my wife in the store. If the owner is willing to verbally abuse a customer in the store in front of his staff there is no reason to do business there or recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of flooring store options in the Gurnee area, I would recommend you use any of those stores before this place.
