My husband and I have used Prestige since we purchased our home. We have had Tim, Ken and Mark all help us before. They have always been extremely friendly and efficient! This past visit we had Mark C. come out to look at a leak from our apollo heating/cooling system. He was great! He found the source of the leak very quickly and fixed the loose nut that was causing it. Not only did he thoroughly explain why the leak was happening, but was able to let us know our next step should our valve have to be replaced. This company has been very good to us and We have recommended them to our family and friends!
