We hired Tomas after having two other quotes. Tomas' quote was the most reasonable. He was by far the most professional in his interactions with my husband and I. He also gave us his quote more quickly than the other guys even though he was the third company we called. He was the only roofer to offer us references as well, and we liked that and called a very happy former customer. \r
These are the other reasons we loved Tomas.\r
1. He came over for a quote the same day I called him. \r
2. He brought a large crew, large enough that the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time considering our very large and complicated roof. \r
3. Tomas met with us, and offered a large range of options of products. He also was able to offer us a much better price on the various asphalt prices because he has excellent contacts locally and gets better prices on various asphalt shingles, better than the two other quotes.\r
4. Even though it was one of the coldest weeks of the year his crews showed up and worked all day everyday until the job was done. \r
3. Every day when his guys left our house he made sure the site was clean, no trash or junk was left behind from day to day. They actively cleaned the site EVERY day before leaving.\r
4. Weeks after a successful and professional replacement of our roof we noticed a couple minor superficial flaws. We made one call to Tomas and he was over here the next day up on the ladder. He fixed the little things and said that we could call him any time we had a problem. \r
I will call Tomas in the future if I have anything I need worked on the house! Don't mess with anyone else! He's the best! Who knew having a new roof could be so painless!
