We were stupid enough sign about 7 different contracts that were not that clear our first was signed 2012 when the plans were finally submitted after about a year they did not pass code we paid $32,000 for plans that were not done right at all we basically told Charles we would pay him the rest of the money as soon as he makes those corrections he wanted the rest of his money upfront stopped work and now we are going to court he waisted our time money caused us stress worst experience ever his work unfinished we had to get another architect he ended up doing the plans for $7,000 total and finished in two weeks with permits this other architect did a great job what Charles took a year to do this other guy did in two weeks and passed code
