Review content:
Brakes were squeeing so brought my car in. Told me I had 2% left on the front wheels and advised against driving it any further. Made an appoinment for the next morning to replace brakes and rotors. Had asked to see the state of the pads before work commenced.
Once the wheels were off, I could see there was a fair amount of pad left. I asked to see new pads for comparison and decided they were not telling me the truth. I asked them to put the wheels back on and I'd take care of this at another time.
As I waited for them to do this, the supervisor/manager called me away from the reception desk to tell me he agreed with me, explained this was a new tech, when it was time to have my brakes replaced to ask for him and he'd "take care of me."
I totally understand mistakes and a company having bad employees but why in the world would I trust them with my car in the future?
