wish I had seen website ihatefckerbeck dot com before I purchased! Lied to my face and sold me a damaged ""new"" car at the Albany Ave Locaton. Watch how they word things as they are slipperier than an eel!!!!! Can't talk to Charlie Kerbeck, secretary will take message ad nauseum. Spoke to Sammy Desano, Sales Manager, who is the one who underestimated damage and now I paid regular price for a DAMAGED ""new"" car. 2 estimates total between $800-996 and they have offered ZERO resolution in >3 weeks. Now claims that the damage is not the same damage. Sad part is that he has lied so much in his life, he believes his own lies. I have audio recording where he tells me 3 different things regarding my license plates. Which is the Lie? Where is the Truth?? Randy Baird, Manager of this dealership, also says should not have to drive from out of state 400 miles them to repair and he would call me back, give him a couple days. No call and 6 days later a certified mail for a check for $200 because that's what Sammy's opinion was. The ""We Owe"" slip carefully worded and the original ""We Owe"" they intentionally did not sign and marked as ""swirls"" instead of the SCRATCHES that are on the vehicle. Oh yeah, they will BUFF OUT....NOT. Put a deposit DAYS before I Drove up there and drove after a snowstorm for Dealer Coupons of $1k off the car. Shouldn't SOMEONE have looked over the car and taken care of scratches before I arrived?? This was a unique combination of color and features where Buick over the internet only had 6 on the East Coast. Let me just say, this high end all the features Buick was available at a dealership in MA for $300 less without rush to use a 'coupon'. It would have been a better deal to drive those extra miles than BELIEVE Kerbeck takes care of the customer. Hoping to save ANY consumer from the lies of this dealership and unscrupulous business practice. Oh yeah, I am now on Day 4 of driving WITHOUT a Car Registration or Tags. My 20 day temporary out of state tag is expired. ....guess they will call me back on that one too.......Which story should I go with today? see ihatefckerbeck dot com CAVEAT EMPTOR! FC stands for F*ck Customer Kerbeck. Update: Day 5, SAMMY DESANO asking if I got my license plates and registration on the DAY THE DMV mailed out!! LIES upon LIES. Told me the day before it was processed at DMV, overnighted directly to me. Next day asks if I received. Well I called the DMV with the VIN number and those tags were mailed REGULAR mail 23 days after the car sale. And they were sent regular mail and not as he claimed AND mailed on the day he was asking if I received. Last.I checked, the USPS doesn't deliver regular mail the same day to ANY location. So I guess the scratches and the DMV don't exist....SAMMY DESANO is a LIAR. Do not believe ANYTHING that he says!!! Changes subject instead of answering a direct question. SCREAMS at the customer on the phone and talks over them 90% of the time, which I can easily prove. Fits well with the motto....F*ck the Customer Kerbeck.
