Review content:
Dream Kitchens did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. It turned out exactly like the pictures that we had looked at so it was nice that there were no surprises on that end. All of the installers were professional, personable, and prompt.
The only thing that I could see improvement on was during the final walk through. The contractor was the only one who looked at the final results and I would have liked for the designer or perhaps Rick to have come back just to give his approval. He initially said that his attention to detail was pretty important for the job so it would have been nice as a parting gesture just for him to come in after everything was done and sign off on everything.
Otherwise, the service was exceptional. Rick and Audrey are very accommodating and polite. I'm happy that the installers didn't make me feel like I was being too picky with offering some of my direction. Their workmanship was excellent. They never questioned our ideas. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend them.
