my loan with this company was a take over from another....will NEVER recommend this company to anyone....for years I have been asking for a statement and they cant give me a real reason on why they don't send one. was told as of 2014 all bank related loans are suppose to get a statement, never got one yet. i have to call then every month to get a payoff amount and how do i know its correct..then the website is terrible. it only allows you to pay on the loan . sent letters to the Baltimore office never got a response back. so i may be getting ripped off and don't even know about it and my loan could be less then what it is....but unfortunately i am unable to pay it off quicker then i want to..the sad part is that this company THINKS it running a good business
