I was recently at the Elburn Lions Club this weekend for their Bingo event. It was so much fun and I even won the Lions L game and went home with $100. The best part is that it only cost $16 to play numerous games for about 3 hours from 7pm to 10pm. They had event workers walking around the tables selling other fun tickets with pull tabs for $1 each. One of the ladies near me ending up winning $500 because she got a pull tab that won and got to pick a jockey. \r

The place itself is very spacious and the tables are large and round. There is a fancy bar that serves mixed drinks, beer and wine. I believe a glass of wine is $3.50. During the Bingo event there was also food being served. They had hotdogs, veggies, chips and cheesecake to name a few options. Everyone is super friendly and there is a real sense of community. \r

I highly recommend this place for Bingo night, there is all kinds of age groups that go so it is fun for the whole family. As far as I know it is every Friday night from September to May. Earlybird games start at 6:30pm and the regular games start at 7pm.\r
\r
I cant wait to go to the next Bingo night.\r
