I've probably used Spotless LLC 3 or 4 times. I feel like Sheila is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. She's very responsive--this past time was a last minute thing and she squeezed me in the very next morning. I walk in and everything has been cleaned and neatened. I never have anything that's missing. Everything is perfectly spotless and I think that they do a great job. They go above and beyond to make everything look neat and tidy.
I think that her prices are reasonable. I don't have the luxury of having my house cleaned every two weeks and even though it's not on a set schedule she still gives me a really good price. Other competitors don't do that, or they don't make you as much of a priority.
